e-lefENT - e-Learning for Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery

e-Learning for Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery (e-lefENT) is a free and highly interactive self-directed e-learning initiative which supports and enhances the training of Otolaryngologists.

e-lefENT will help to improve ENT knowledge, clinical and surgical skills among ENT trainees and aims to deliver safer patient care. The e-learning sessions will reflect the syllabus set by the Royal Colleges’ Intercollegiate Speciality Surgical Curriculum Project (ICSP) and support the implementation of the standards of the Royal College of Surgeons.

is a new concept to provide high quality training in Otorhinolaryngology, and is the brainchild of Mr M Shahed Quraishi, Consultant Otolaryngologist at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. His aims are to provide a platform for free courses in Otolaryngology and allied fields with a faculty of national and international repute. The dedicated faculty and the support of Doncaster & Bassetlaw NHS Foundation Trust allow the courses to be completely free of cost to the trainees.
